When all forms are filled, we will send you directions to our office where we will meet BEFORE leading you over to the house or condo. If arriving at 5 PM or later there is a $40 late check in fee. This is due in cash when you arrive at our office.
When filling out forms please remember that small children and babies are considered people and are to be included in the number of guests staying in the condo. Any persons not staying at the property with you are to depart before 12 midnight.
There is a refundable security deposit for each property. The amounts vary between $200 and $400 per property. These are returned at the end of your stay so long as everything is returned in the order it was presented. We understand that accidents happen and don’t charge for that, but if you are intentionally mistreating the property you will be charged out of this amount and are subject to further charges depending on the damage.
Condos: we ask that you do not make a lot of noise (including loud music) on the balconies, by the swimming pool(s) or other exterior areas of the property you have rented. Any noise in these areas is to end at 10 PM. Pool rules are posted on site. Our properties are privately owned and are not affiliated with any resort. If you are staying in a condo located at a resort, we do not have control over what amenities are available during your stay. In common pool areas you might be permitted to bring food and drinks. If so, food or drinks must be in plastic containers (no glass allowed) and any trash is to be put in the trash containers provided or taken back to the condo. Your use of any Resort amenity is subject to the Resort’s rules.
If you happen to lock yourself out of your rental, please contact us and we will send someone over as soon as possible to let you back in. Might be subject to a small fee.
Smoking is not permitted inside any of our properties, only on the balconies or other exterior parts of the properties, where it is not restricted by posted signs. Lifeguards are NOT available at the pool or beaches; children are the sole responsibility of their parents, guardians or caregivers. Sea View Rentals and/or the property owners are not responsible for any accidents or injuries caused by renters neglect or behavior. Additionally, Sea View Rentals and/or the property owners are not responsible for any damage or theft of personal items while staying on the property.
Fireworks are not allowed on any of our properties. We request that you respect all items in and on the property. All household goods should remain on the property except for beach towels and chairs when available. You are responsible for the care of the beach towels and chairs; this includes washing down the chairs to remove sand and salt before entering the home/condo.
Paper products such as paper towels and toilet paper are included in the daily/weekly rentals. Monthly rentals are to replace these and any cleaning supplies as needed. Any remaining paper products or cleaning supplies are to remain in the condo when you depart. Beach towels are provided; bath products such as shampoo and bath soap are not included.
Rental confirmation deposit refunds are subject to each individual owner, HomeAway/Vrbo/AIRBNB discretion. Exceptions can be made and are considered on a case by case basis. Any rental cancellation is subject to a $80 processing fee. Holiday cancellations are non-refundable. Holidays are Christmas, End of Year and Semana Santa (Holy Week).
For your protection in the event the owner or management company must cancel your reservation for whatever reason, you will receive a full refund of all payments and assistance in locating an alternate property. Every attempt will be made to find a new property for the same rental rate however any additional amounts are the responsibility of the renter.
